Policies and Pets
General Policies:
All rooms and suites are smoke-free.
Minimum Stay Requirement:
From Memorial Day weekend through October 20, 2013, a Friday AND Saturday night stay is required on weekends. Please contact management to discuss any exceptions to the policy.
Pet Policy:
We allow a limited number of dogs with our guests. A $15 per night dog charge is required, and the dogs must stay with you during your stay. Note: Prior arrangements are required for dog stays. When making your reservation, please notify the management.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
- An advance deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to confirm a reservation.
- Stays of 4 nights or more require a 50% deposit.
- A cancellation with less than 20 days’ notice prior to arrival date results in forfeiture of the advance deposit.
- We refund a deposit in full if we are given 20 days notice prior to arrival. (Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process after notification, the deposit is credited to the last night of a confirmed stay.)
- If the cancellation occurs within 72hrs of the arrival date or a no-show occurs, then the FULL amount of the reservation stay will be charged. No refunds will be issued.
- No refunds are authorized for early departures.
