April 11th- May 20th...Weekday night guest room rates as low as $69/night...weekend rates as low as $99/night...

 

May 21st- June 12th...Weekday night guest rooms rates as low as $79/night...weekend rates as low as $129/night...

 

June 13th- Sept 3rd....$185/night weekdays or weekend nights for our guest rooms... 

 

Sept 4th- October 31st....$ 95/night weekdays, $139/night weekend nights.

 

November 1- 10th... $69/night weekdays, $99/night weekends.

Suites-   Our 9 suites vary in size from our small suites which sleep 2-4 persons..up to our 2 bedroom Executive suites and Penthouse can sleep up to 6 adults.  Our suites include small kitchens, living areas..some have small private balconies..and many include sleeper sofas. All kitchens are fully equipt..with refrigs and dishwashers.

April 11-May 20th...  Suite pricing ranges from as low as $99/night for loft suites in April weekdays to $179/night for our two bedroom executive suites on weekdays.  Weekend rates are slightly higher.. $ 159/night in April and up.. and up to $219/night in May for our 2 bedroom executive suites in May on the weekend nights. 

 

May 20- June 12th... Suite pricing varies from $125- 179/night on weekdays for our suites  and $179- $219/night on weekend nights.

 

SUITES...Summer Peak Season... Suite pricing ranges from $225/night up to $275/night for our two bedrm executive suites.

 

Small suites....2 double beds plus a sleeper sofa...small kitchen,living area..small private balcony...views of the river,falls and Fishtown. $225/night   (June 13th- Sept 3rd)

 

Penthouse and Waterfalls Apartment.. $245/night (June 13th- Sept 3rd).  These suites include a Queen bed in the master bedrm plus 2 other beds choices in the living room.  Can sleep 4-5 persons.

 

EXECUTIVE SUITES..$275/Night (June 13- Sept 3rd)  Our two bedroom Executive suites have a queen in the master bedrm...two double beds in a 2nd bedrm...living room..kitchen.

Can sleep up to 6 adults(one executive suite includes a sleeper sofa also).

 

Suites...Fall rates vary in suite pricing...weekdays are 30% lower than summer rates generally. Ask us for  further details.

Pricing ranges from $139-$199/night in the fall weekdays  and

$189-$229/night on the fall weekend nights.
