New Policies
Minimum Contact
Our employees will do their best to make sure that your stay is as wonderful as always, however, our new policies will allow us to do that safely for both you - our guests - and us, the FWL Fam.
Hand Sanitizer
We’ll have hand sanitizing stations set up at the two points of public entry - the bridge and the parking lot.
Stay-over Service
No stay-over service for reservations shorter than four days. Occupied rooms will rarely be entered by our staff. From 10am-2pm we have a system set up to replace used towels with new towels as well as any other hotel-provided products. There is an outdoor closet with everything guests could need.
Though our staff will not be in your space, you will still have every available option for a clean and fresh room for the full length of your stay.
Contactless Check In and Out
A majority of our payments are contactless. We do accept cash and checks.
Keys will be sanitized
No early check ins/late check outs - Not because we hate you, but we need maximum time to clean rooms
Employee Requirements
All employees will be safe and follow the guidelines that health experts recommend.
Current Policies
We are doing our best to anticipate issues before they arise. We will continue to adjust these policies as we open and encounter problems. We would rather be overly cautious than under cautious. Please be patient with us while we figure out the needs of our business and guests and we will return the favor in kind. We cannot wait to see you.
Cancellation Policy
Our policy has and shall remain that we need notice one week from your reservation date. This has always been a generous policy even during a pandemic and we will be as flexible as our bank account and mental stability can allow us to be. Please be as kind with us as you can.
